Jim’s Summertime Deck Party is a virtual concert series beginning on
May 29th and running through July 17th
(possibly longer depending on support and response).
The concert series will be hosted by Jim Strawn live from the Strawn Chalet Deck in Fort Hill. The Media Center is our video/audio partner. The virtual concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Fridays and run until 8:00 p.m. Two 40-minute sets with a 10-minute break in between.
The charity we are supporting is the Food S.H.A.C.K. (Stop Hunger Among Community Kids). This is a project operated by the Underprivileged Children Foundation. The Food SHACK will identify areas in our community in which children need meals. The SHACK will go there and hand out FREE meals. Basic. Simple.
