Highlights: From the Heart of Our Community, is a 30 minute weekly TV show featuring organizations, events, grass-roots efforts and people who move our state and community forward in a positive way.
The show is a collaboration with Kanawha County Schools, Suddenlink Communications and Jim Strawn & Company.
The show airs daily at 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Suddenlink’s channel 17.
The show airing May 15, 2017 – May 22, 2017 ‘highlights’ the Moses Auto Group Live on the Levee.
The Moses Live on the Levee launches its 14th Season on Opening Night May 26th beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Haddad Riverfront Park. It is brought to you by the City of Charleston, WV.
We interviewed David Molgaard, City Manager and Rod Blackstone, Deputy Mayor. David and Rod both discussed passionately all the great projects and events the city has going on. From the renovations at the Civic Center, to the new bike lanes to the Brawley Walkway, David talked about the progress our city is making. Rod recapped a great line-up of community events that makes our city vibrant and a destination for many.
We also talked with Cari Morris, Asst to the City Manager and Jeremy Nelson, Moses Auto Group.
Cari discussed the 15 week line-up while Jeremy talked about why Moses is so supportive of Live on the Levee. This is their 8th consecutive season to be the title sponsor.
