The show airing December 19, 2019 – December 30, 2019 highlights the Goodnight Celebration.
We interviewed Maria Belcher, Executive Director, FestivALL. They orchestrate the annual Goodnight Celebration.
She talked about the planning for this and why it has become such a New Year’s Eve tradition in Charleston.
GoodNight is Charleston’s family friendly New Year’s Eve celebration. It returns for its 25th year this New Year’s Eve with music, dance and a good time for all.
All performances are FREE to attend.
FestivALL is pleased to partner with Craig & Amanda Hinchman, City of Charleston, KRT, Printing Press, Jim Strawn & Company and hundreds of volunteer performers and more to present the 2019 GoodNight celebration in downtown Charleston.
We also interviewed Grace Javins from the newly formed group Affinity. They are made up of 3 16-year girls. They perform at 9:00 p.m. in the Little Theater that evening.
Enjoy performances by local chorus groups, bands, ballet ensembles, the WVSO and WV Youth Symphony, and many more individual and ensemble artists. And it’s all absolutely FREE!
