The publishing firm Four Dolphins Press is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their Sad Mad Glad Book series. The publishing firm launched in April of 2007 with the release of ‘The Sad Mad Glad Book: The Anatomy of Your Attitude’. The book went on to win a Gold Medal in the Moonbeam Awards for Children’s Books.
Their 2nd book ‘Another Sad Mad Glad Book: The Anatomy of Your Attitude’, won the prestigious IPPY Award as the Book of the Year by the Independent Publishing Association in 2010.
The books are described as motivational books that teach and inspire children of all ages to have a positive attitude. The books are character education books that teach children about trust, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.
Chuck Stump and Jim Strawn, co-authors of the book series, are conducting a Press Conference and book reading at Ruffner Elementary on April 25, 2017 beginning at 9:00 a.m.  After their interactive read aloud and presentation, the authors are gifting a signed copy of the book to every 4th grade student at Ruffner Elementary.
Also, included in the book series are, ‘The Sad Mad Glad Christian: The Anatomy of Your Faith’ (Gold Medal Reader’s Favorite) and the ‘Sad Mad Glad Baby Book’ (Moonbeam Gold Medal Award).
Four Dolphins Press has sold approximately 20,000 copies since launching 10 years ago.
The authors hope to continue traveling to elementary schools spreading the message of positivity, character and citizenship.
