Plan to join the Capital Market for a 4-course farm to fork dinner on Saturday, September 16, 2017 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The dinner features hand-picked ingredients from Capital Market and Gritt’s Farm.
Al Fresco dining at its finest!
Wine and beer included with the $95 ($45 tax Deductible) ticket.
The four-course dinner starts at 7:30 p.m.
The dinner, prepared by Buzz Foods Chef Paul Smith, includes:

  • Duck Consomme with Duck Confit
  • Roasted Pear w/ Gorgonzola Tarlet on Living Lettuce
  • Wagyu Beef Cheek w/ Gulf Prawn
  • Seasonal Root Vegetables
  • Three-cheese Rosotto
  • Delicious 20th Anniversary Sweet Surprise for dessert
